Matthews PPJ
Our Matthews PPJ cremation system is the best technology in the industry. It allows us to use some of the most advanced techniques in the cremation process.

PerPETual Memories Pet Cremation Services follows a comprehensive standard operating procedure to ensure that your pet's cremated remains (cremains) are always returned to the rightful pet owner. Especially in the case of private or individual cremations, it is important for owners to know that their beloved pet has truly been returned to them.

To ensure this, PerPETual Memories follows a strict seven step process:
• All master paperwork, including detail on your pet and cremation wishes, are completed at your veterinary clinic, your home, or our offices.

• Your pet is placed into a holding container and an identification ticket is filled out and attached to the container.

• A stainless steel cremation tag with an engraved ID number is also attached to the holding container. This ID remains with the pet throughout the cremation process. The ID number is documented on both the master paperwork and identification ticket.

• PerPETual Memories will then double check all documentation to ensure no mistakes have been made by the veterinary clinic prior to the cremation process.

• During cremation, the identification ticket is attached to the cremator, the stainless steed ID tag remains with your pet.

• After the process, your pet's cremains are placed into an urn along with the identification ticket and ID tag.

• A certificate of cremation bearing your pet's name, owner's name, cremation tag ID number and the date of cremation are prepared, personally signed and returned with your pet's cremains.
